Donkey Kong Racing

This is the game I'm most looking forward to. This could very well be the best racing games of all time. It's Donkey Kong Racing. You're in for one "heck" of a...oh, that just doesn't do it justice. You're in for one HECK (that's better then) of a fantastic ride when you sit down and play this stunning game. DK and crew are back again to race around Donkey Kong Island. Ride atop Zingers, swordfish, ostriches, and rhinos across beautiful landscapes. Power up your animal buddies with fruit or prizes, which will be nabbed in the middle of all the racing action.

The successor of Diddy Kong Racing, Donkey Kong Racing shows to be an explosive ride through vast lands at nose-bleed accelerations, starring everyone's favorite kongs. Meet up with old friends, see new faces, and charge through the competition with all the power you can muster. It's Donkey Kong Racing!

And what a stunning variety of animals we have. Zingers, swordfish (of which Enguarde is one), ostriches (of which Expresso is one), rhinos (Rambi), elephants (Ellie), piranha (Lockjaw? Nibbler?), Armies (armadillos), Neckys (vultures), and sharks (Chomps and Chomps Jr.) have all been seen in screenshots. Will you be able to mount all these, or will some be mere enemies? It's known that you'll be able to ride the ostriches, rhinos, swordfish, Zingers, and elephants, but as far as the others...well, we can certainly hope. And why not? The GAMECUBE certainly has the power to pull it off.

The storyline is another thing that nobody knows much about. Will K.Rool be the chief antagonist? Perhaps, though the majority of the crowd is betting on Wizpig, owing to the fact that this is the sequel to Diddy Kong Racing, and at the end of that game players were treated to a mysteriously cryptic variety of characters. It has been said that there will be over 12 characters including a bunch of new ones! Hopefully my favorite character named Kazooie shall make an appearance in this one as a racer or at least a cameo. Not much info has really been released about this game for RARE has been trying to keep their newest GCN games a secret.

Sweet. That's the one word that describes this game flawlessly. That's the other one word that describes this game flawlessly. This game shall probably get a bunch of buyers especially all the ones who bought "Diddy Kong Racing". For everyone knows that this one will be much better than Mario Kart for GCN *shutters at the name*. I'll definitely be there to buy this game! A release date has not been confirmed yet, but rumors have it as a late fall 2002 release in Japan. So it looks like we'll have to wait for a while, but then again sometimes great games are worth the wait! More Info shall soon to come.

Presentation Donkey Kong Racing has a wide variety of animals. All of which look smooth and clear.	8.0
Graphics The graphics are nothing too special. Standard Nintendo characters…	7.0
Gameplay A lot of the old characters from Diddy Kong Racing are back, along with some new ones, and provide just about the same type of gameplay.	7.0
Overall We are lacking fun racing games. Not arcade style, or Nascar, or anything like that. Just fun multiplayer racing games. And this one definitely gets the job done.	8.0
